Have you ever walked into a place that was bare, sterile, and colored with neutrals? Compare that with walking into a well-decorated, lively home with warm colors.. Feels different, right?

The people and items within the home can also affect its vibration. Being in a space with a lot of tension or highly charged emotions can make you feel anxious or on edge. On the flip side, entering a place with loving relationships, bright conversation and fun is an entirely different experience. 

Hopefully, your home (especially around the holidays) evokes the vibe of the latter. 

The holidays are a time to spend with family and loved ones, but they can also be a busy and stressful time. There is a lot that goes into preparing for the holidays – whether that's cooking, cleaning, present wrapping, decorating… the list goes on. The goal is a happy and vibrant energy, even with the busyness and the to-do lists.

Here is a hack of mine – crystals.

Crystals For Holiday Decorating

Citrine

Color: Yellow / Gold

Citrine crystals are associated with the sun, but they also promote prosperity and abundance. Citrine is sometimes called the merchant's stone because it was used to increase sales by merchants during the Middle Ages. Merchant reminds you a bit of all of that holiday shopping, yeah?

Citrine is a top-notch manifesting crystal, and keeping it in your space for the holidays is sure to keep the abundant, joyful, and bright vibrations front and center.

 

Pyrite

Color: Gold

Pyrite is all about keeping you grounded, strong, and in control. It provides some stability in the hectic holiday season. It is also used often for confidence, perseverance, and to bring (and take) opportunities that you may have otherwise never experienced.

Also, it is sparkly, glittery, and gold. That is a holiday crystal if there ever was one!

Clear Quartz

Color: Clear / White

Clear quartz is a lovely crystal to use in the home during the holiday season. Clear quartz has been used for centuries to help with physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Ruby in Zoisite

Color: Red/Pink in Green

🎄Altars: Holiday altars are always a great way to keep your crystals at the forefront of your home both physically and energetically. Regardless of your spiritual beliefs, a yule-themed altar that includes some seasonal offerings and stones. 

🎄Ornaments: Seriously, crystal tree ornaments are a thing. Grab some online and deck out that tree with good vibes.

🎄Crystal Grids: The energy of the holidays can be big– positively or negatively. Channel the vibrations you’d like to keep around with crystal grids. These can be as simple or as elaborate as you’d like – just make sure you choose crystals that match the intentions you are looking for.
